You are participating in a tender in which the buyer is expected to answer questions and upload documents in a Questionnaire.

Complete and submit tender

  • Login to in your account and find the tender in your overview.
  • Navigate to Offer in the left menu where there is a red block 'Not submitted'. (Please note that the buyer can give the system name Offer its own name). You will see the Questionnaire(s) there.
  • Click Open to view and actively complete the Questionnaire and click Save.
  • If you are ready and have answered all questions the Questionnaires colour green, ready to submit.
  • Click the green Submit button at the bottom right to send your offer to the buyer.

You have successfully submitted your offer!

Note: Forgot something in your offer and already submitted it? Then you can revoke your offer. This is possible as long as the deadline has not passed. To do this, go back to Offer in the tender and click the Revoke button at the bottom right and you can edit and resubmit your offer.
