When creating a new organization profile it can happen that during registration you receive the message that a profile already exists.
Access request organization profile
Does this happen when entering the organization registration number?
- Navigate to the green button Register and request access at the bottom of the registration sheet. This will send a request for access to the organization profile directly to the administrator of the organization. You will receive a confirmation of the sending of your request. The administrator sees that the request has been received and can then add you by sending an invitation to your email address.
Administrator of the organization no longer working
It may be that the colleague who manages the organization profile is no longer active within the organization.
In this case, send a request to our service desk with the organization register number and the email address of the person who wants to take over the management. Include the current administrator in cc in the message, even if they are no longer active.
