You can apply an approval to the Award Advice. If this is set up in the BPM (refer to your account manager for assistance), you can add this approval through the Schedule and Approval in the solicitation.
You approve the Award Advice before you send the letters.
Approve award advice
- In the solicitation, go to the Schedule and Approval in the left-hand overview.
- Click on Add and select Approve Award Advice
- Select one or more colleagues who are allowed to approve
- Add the approval of the award advice, two tasks will appear in the Schedule:
- Mark Award Advice as ready for approval
- Complete the approval of the award advice
The approvers can complete the approval in three ways
Via Schedule, mark the Award Advice as Ready by selecting the check box
Via Award, under the tab Award Advice
