If you have submitted an offer for a solicitation, but you need to withdraw it to make amendments you can learn how to do so here. Once revoked, the data you filled out before will be retained. 

Revoking a Solicitation

• Open the solicitation and go to Offer
• Click on Recall at the bottom right of the page (where the submit button was before) 
• Adjust your offer and you can submit it again

Note: You can only revoke your offer before the deadline has passed or in a continuous solicitation such as a DPS.
