Your browser can store many temporary internet files, which means that some pages do not load properly. An older version of the webpage may be shown or conflicting temporary files can cause problems with the page display. Emptying the cache and cookies can help.
- Press the following key combination on your keyboard to empty temporary internet files (cache) and cookies:
- Windows: Ctrl + Shift + Del
- Mac: Safari menu> History> Clear history
- Then check the options listed with one of several of the following terms: cache, cookies, temporary internet files, website files, browser files, cached images and temporary internet files, browser data and website data.
