This formula is easy to understand and is used in Best Value Procurement (BVP) solicitations.  With this formula you, as a buyer, can apply bonus on criteria in the questionnaire. The formula can be selected in the round settings.

Give on value

With the formula 'Giving on Value', an arithmetical cost advantage is assigned to the score of the response to weighted wishes by the buyer. The offer with the lowest fictitious score (in €) is the winner.

In addition to the known assessment with awarding values (for example: 10, 7, 5, 3, 0) you can also award negative values (for example: 10, 7, 5, 0, -5 -7, -10).

During the preparation of the bid request, the weight of each specific wish is determined in the form of a monetary amount.
