Automatically sent e-mails come from firstname.lastname@example.org. You cannot respond to them.
If you have not received an email, the following factors may be a cause:
- Check your spam filter or unwanted mail in your Inbox.
- Make sure you are sending the message to the correct e-mail address.
- It is possible that your company network has been logged out too tightly, preventing no-reply.
- You can add email@example.com as an exception in the spam filter settings of your Inbox.
