The buyer has the choice of working with questionnaires or documents. As a supplier, you want to see these documents quickly and clearly in order to gauge what is being asked. If you click on the title of the solicitation (RFP, ITB, RFQ) in the Dashboard, you will be taken to the Overview of the solicitation As a supplier, you will quickly find out whether the buyer has decided to work with documents or with questionnaires.

Documents:

Under the Properties tab, you will find the tabs for the rounds. If you click on these tabs and you see the message No documents, this is a solicitation based on documents. On the right-hand side you will see a number of important buttons:

  • The Upload button: Here you can upload your documents that are requested by the buyer.
  • The Book icon: Here you can find the documents that the buyer has prepared for you.
  • The Export icon: Here you can download all information from the solicitation at once. You will receive a .zip file of it.

Above these buttons, you will see the closing date of this phase. Once the time has elapsed, you can no longer submit. Read more about the deadline here.
