As an organization administrator, you can add commodity codes to the organization profile. This makes the organization easier to find and for suppliers, you can also receive notifications of opportunities that match the codes you add. In this article you can read how to add these.
- Go to Organization Profile on the left side of the menu.
- Scroll to the procurement codes column and click Change, a pop-up window with commodity codes will follow.
- Start selecting codes by ticking the checkbox(es) that apply to you.
- You will then have the option to select states of business if you wish to specify.
- Click on Save.
You can add more specified commodity codes by clicking on the arrow icon in front of the code. The code unfolds and alternative codes that fall under the general categories will become visibl;e.
