What is the upload limit and which file formats are allowed?

Documents can be uploaded/downloaded up to 2GB per documents. There's no limit for the total amount of documents that can be uploaded.
The maximum size of a file attached to a message is 10MB.

We support all common formats up to a maximum of 2GB. If our platform does not accept your file format now, you can package the file into a ZIP file. Below you will find an overview of the allowed formats:
